Hey ya'll! This week was good, we saw a lot of miricals and got a lot done. This week I tried to focus on making things a little more fun around here (not that it wasn't fun before) just spicing things up a little;) its important to work hard and have a good time doing it whenever possible. If I'm enjoying it that's how I know I'm working hard. It's all about your attitude and I'm learning that! Some fun highlights of the week were picking apples at our neighbor, brother Hansen's, orchard. He's a super cool guy and has really lived his life to the fullest, really awesome life stories and example of how to be happy in life. He had some geese and sis sparks decided she wanted a picture with one so we cornered them and grabbed one haha I'll put a picture in. Another cool thing this week is that two teens we are teaching, Karina and tiana, are on date to be baptized july 11! They came to church with us today and it was really cool especially since it...

Hey hey! Week two has come and gone. Seems a little crazy but it's been good. Some highlights of this week were being able to have district council and mission president interviews in person. It was nice to be able to be around all the other missionaries in the area and get to know everyone! Also president and sister Gosalind are the best and it was great to talk with them too:) we had some good lessons this week and the goal is to have fred and Karina on date for baptism during our next lessons with each of them so any extra prayers you want to send their way would be awesome!!       A funny moment from this last week would be scriptural baking on Saturday haha. Scriptural Baking is a little Facebook baking show me and my companions do every Saturday and Wednesday to share a little scripture and a recipe. Its been We try to make the videos funny and interesting so this week since we made earthquake cake it was a pretty fun one haha. Making a cake during an earthquak...

okay so it's not that hot here...but the missionary work sure is;) I've been in good ole arizona for 1 week now and doing good! I got off the airplane and went to the mission home to meet my new companions. I'm in a trio with two sisters who are from northern Utah. Hermana Sparks and hermana Kyler are great! I'm blessed to be able to learn from two trainers. We are still in quarentiene in the Arizona, Tempe mission, so we can't procelight in the traditional way but we are still finding ways to keep the work moving forward. Lots of phone call lessons and contacting. It's awesome to see how much technology is a tool for the conversion of investigators. I was someone who was pretty negative towards technology in missionary work before, but I can tell you all that it works. I am still figuring it all out but for right now we will make the best out of the situation. I'm really hopeful that our methods of teaching will be able to expand soon as quarentiene hopeful...
